Meet the sisters [view all sisters]

Sister Mary Kay Easly
I was influenced to come to the Benedictine sisters of Pittsburgh because of my fun childhood convent visits with my aunt, Sister Eleanor Easly. I have found religious life to be fulfilling and challenging. As one of our vows is conversion of life, I’d say the longer I’ve been here, the more changing and growing I still need to do before I become who God wants me to be.
My hope is that we continue to deepend our commitment to a life of prayer so that we may have the vision necessary to rebirth religious life. I also hope thqt more women with their ideas of doing good would set aside their fears and worries – come and be with us and see how many ways you can help others appreciate God. |
