Sister Raphael Frank is a preschool teacher and care giver to 3, 4 and 5 year old children at Child Development Center. She tells us: “The purpose of my ministry is to focus on the need and development of the ‘whole child’. We try to offer a program that stimulates the child’s development; socially, intellectually, physically, spiritually and emotionally, into a well integrated and wholesome person encouraging them to be responsible and respectful persons.
